Murphy the golden retriever

It was so lovely to photograph Murphy the Golden Retriever at Sandbanks on a beautiful evening.

I first met Murphy at my Christmas studio session last year, so it was really special to see him again in such a different setting. Sandbanks was the perfect backdrop for him, with soft sand, sea views and plenty of space to enjoy himself.

Murphy was such a joy to photograph. From relaxed portraits in the dunes to fun action shots chasing his ball on the beach, his happy and gentle nature really shone through. I also captured some lovely moments with his owner, showing the special bond they share.

Murphy was just as wonderful on the beach as he was in the studio, and this session was a lovely reminder of how much I enjoy photographing dogs in places where they feel happiest.
