How long is it valid for?
24 months from the day it is bought. There is no need to have a date in mind when you buy it, and no rush to use it.
Does it have to be spent all at once?
No. A voucher holds a balance rather than one booking, so it can go towards a session with the rest kept for prints afterwards. Whatever is left stays on the code.
What can it be spent on?
Sessions, prints and digital photographs. That includes a full session arranged by email, which is not something you can book on this website.
How does the person redeem it?
They quote the code when they get in touch, or hand the printed voucher over on the day, and it comes off the price.
Will you email the person it is for?
Never. The voucher comes to you, on a page made to be printed or forwarded, so you decide how and when they find out.
What if it gets lost?
Get in touch and we will send the link again. Do treat the code like cash in the meantime: anyone holding it can spend it, and vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.
