Karma the rottweiler in bluebells

It was so lovely to photograph Karma again, this time surrounded by all the beauty of spring at Pamphill. I have photographed her before, so seeing her again and creating another gallery for her felt really special.

Pamphill gave us such a gorgeous variety of backdrops, from the bluebells and wild garlic to the soft spring greenery, blossom and warm evening light. Karma looked absolutely stunning in every setting. Her glossy black and tan coat stood out so beautifully against all the fresh seasonal colours, and she brought so much presence to every photograph.

One of the nicest things about photographing dogs more than once is getting to capture them in a different season and a different setting. Every session tells a slightly different story, and this one had such a lovely spring feel to it. Karma was as beautiful as ever, and it was a joy to photograph her amongst the flowers and woodland paths.

She has such a striking look, but also such a softness in her expression, which made this session such a lovely mix of strong portraits and gentler moments. From sitting so proudly amongst the bluebells to relaxing in the warm evening sun, Karma was an absolute dream.

It was such a lovely evening with a really beautiful girl, and I am so pleased I got to photograph Karma again in one of my favourite Dorset locations.
