Marlee and her puppies!

I recently had the absolute joy of photographing Marlee, the beautiful golden retriever, and her six utterly adorable puppies at their gorgeous home. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was pure happiness — a whirlwind of tiny paws, wagging tails, and playful puppy energy!

We started indoors where the puppies were exploring every corner with their wide-eyed curiosity, tumbling over each other and giving the sweetest little looks to the camera. It was heart-melting watching them playfully chase after Marlee, who was ever so patient and gentle with her lively brood.

The family joined in for some outdoor shots under a stunning tree full of blossom, creating the perfect setting for natural, joyful photos. The children loved cuddling the puppies in a hanging swing chair, and you could feel the love and bond between everyone — both human and canine.

Despite a little drizzle, the puppies were undeterred — running through the grass, sniffing flowers, and posing (sometimes accidentally!) for some adorable close-up portraits. Each pup had their own little personality shining through, from the bold adventurers to the quiet snuggle bugs.

It was such a privilege to capture these precious early moments in the puppies' lives and to see the beautiful connection they already share. This photoshoot was pure sunshine for the soul — a wonderful reminder of the simple, heartwarming joy that dogs bring into our lives.
