An Autumn Afternoon with Toby at Canford Heath

This afternoon I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Toby the Cockapoo and his lovely owner Emily at the ever-beautiful Canford Heath. The autumn colours are in full swing at the moment, and Toby’s gorgeous golden coat fit perfectly amongst the warm tones of the ferns and leaves.

From the moment we started, Toby was full of life and ready for fun! Whether he was bounding through the woods with a giant stick, striking a pose on a tree stump, or showing off his adorable pumpkin outfit, his personality shone through in every shot. 🎃

Canford Heath has such a special feel at this time of year — soft light, rich orange hues, and plenty of space for pups to explore and play. Toby made the most of it, pausing only for a few treats and cuddles from Emily (and, of course, to flash that perfect smile for the camera!).

It was such a relaxed, joy-filled session, and capturing the bond between Toby and Emily was truly lovely. Their connection and affection made for some of my favourite moments from the day.
