I have photographed Finn before at the beach, so it was really lovely to see him again for something a little different this time. Instead of sand and sea, Finn joined me for an evening at Pamphill, and it suited him beautifully.
Pamphill gave us such a gorgeous mix of backdrops, from the bluebells and spring greenery to the blossom trees and the beautiful old church doorway. It felt like every corner gave us something different, and Finn looked completely at home in all of it. He has such a handsome face and the happiest expression, which made him an absolute dream to photograph.
One of my favourite things about photographing dogs more than once is getting to capture them in a new setting and in a different season. Finn was just as lovely as I remembered, but this session had such a different feel to his beach shoot. The softer woodland tones and golden evening light gave the whole gallery a really calm, timeless feel.
Finn is such a gorgeous Golden Mountain Dog, and he brought so much personality to the session. Whether he was sitting proudly amongst the bluebells, trotting down the little woodland path or posing so perfectly by the church, he made every photograph feel special.
It was such a lovely evening with a really lovely boy, and I am so pleased I got to photograph Finn again in such a beautiful Dorset location.
